Nature provides us with many tasty treats. Learn which plants are yummy for our tummies as we taste a few of these scrumptious natural treats. After your snack time, we will stroll through the trails to search for what the animals eat!

This program is perfect for wee little ones, ages 2 – 6 years of age. We will spend the first half of the program enjoying our program’s topic, possibly making a craft or listening to a story, and then we will explore the trails in an easy paced walk, suitable for off-road strollers and carrying packs. Parent or guardian must register and attend along with their child.

When the wind blows clouds move, leaves rustle, and kites fly.  What else in nature moves or floats in the wind?  We will search for flying critters and soaring seeds in the sky on our windy nature walk. Then, watch the wind by making your own windsock to hang at your home.

The itsy bitsy spider walked up the big oak tree…to make a beautiful web home! Discover the wonderful world of our eight legged friends as you create your own itsy bitsy spider and web. Then we will go on a walk to search for beautiful spider webs in nature.
