Activity Cards

Explore the trails and scenery at Irvine Park and Santiago Oaks on this cardio hike while you work off the holiday turkey calories.

Remember, this cardio hike is much faster than a walk. You must be able to hike for 11.5 miles at an average pace of 3.5 mph. There are several uphill sections and there will be a minimal amount of quick rest stops. Although this hike goes through coastal sage scrub habitat, it is not an interpretive hike. Please make sure you are in excellent physical condition!
